How do I pay?
We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and major credit/debit cards. April 2026 admin update: GST invoices can be shared on request for business orders.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, STEP, and 3MF files. STL is the most common export from any CAD tool. STEP is preferred when dimensional accuracy is critical. Don't have a CAD file? Our design support team can work from sketches or 2D drawings.
What is your standard turnaround time?
Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days after file approval. Urgent 24-hour delivery is available for FDM and SLA jobs — select 'Urgent (24h)' when requesting a quote.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship pan-India via courier. Most metro cities receive orders within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Packaging is designed to protect even fragile resin prints.
Which process should I use — FDM, SLA, or MJF?
FDM is best for functional prototypes and large parts at low cost. SLA is ideal when surface finish and fine detail matter (presentation models, medical). MJF is our production-grade process for isotropic nylon parts in quantities of 10–500 units. Share your part's requirements in the quote form and our team will recommend the right process.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum order quantity. We print single prototypes as readily as 500-unit production batches. Pricing scales with quantity — get a quote for exact numbers.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs for product development clients. Send your NDA to hello@3zero.in and we will review and return it within one business day.
Can you help if I don't have a 3D model?
Yes. Our CAD design support team can create a 3D model from your sketches, drawings, or reference photos. Mention this when requesting a quote and we will include design time in the estimate.
